1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 358jl ("358jl," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 358jl online gaming platform available at https://358jl.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

358jl is a PAGCOR-licensed online casino and sports betting platform operating in the Philippines. The Platform offers live casino games, slot titles, sports betting markets, bingo, e-games, and related entertainment services to eligible players located within the Philippines.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 358jl Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

2 Eligibility

Registration and participation on the 358jl Platform are subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and strictly enforced by 358jl. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering an account or participating in any real-money activity on the Platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where access to the 358jl Platform is legal and not prohibited by applicable local law. 358jl primarily serves players in the Philippines.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Philippine law and must not be acting under any legal disability, guardianship, or court order restricting your ability to engage in gaming activities.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether issued by 358jl or by PAGCOR, at the time of registration or any subsequent login.
• One Account: You must not hold any other existing 358jl account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on 358jl, you are required to create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as prompted during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 358jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 358jl account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. You must notify 358jl immediately via the live chat support channel if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 358jl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided to 358jl during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. 358jl reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where provided information is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or fraudulent, and to report such instances to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended ("Anti-Money Laundering Act"), 358jl is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing any withdrawal and at any other time deemed necessary by 358jl's compliance team.

4.1 Required Documents

Identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, Voter's ID)
• A recent proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certificate) dated within the preceding three (3) months
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) linked to your account (e.g., a screenshot of your registered GCash or Maya account displaying your name)
• Source of funds documentation, where required under AML policies

4.2 Account Restrictions Pending Verification

358jl reserves the right to restrict deposit, gameplay, and withdrawal functionality on any account where KYC documents have been requested but not yet provided. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

358jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay), and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). 358jl does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency transactions.

5.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your 358jl wallet in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and within standard processing times for bank transfer methods. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may be adjusted from time to time. 358jl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered to your verified 358jl account. The name on the payment method must match the name on your verified KYC documents. 358jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to review under 358jl's AML procedures. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day.

5.4 Unclaimed Balances

Account balances that have remained inactive (no login, no gameplay, no deposit or withdrawal activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. 358jl will provide reasonable notice before such deductions are applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 358jl are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus play, and offer expiry periods. These specific terms are displayed at the point of bonus offer and must be reviewed and accepted by the Player before opting in.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal request may be submitted. Wagering requirements are calculated on the basis stated in the individual promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds are non-withdrawable.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

358jl monitors account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering solely on high-RTP or low-variance games to complete wagering requirements while minimizing risk, hedging bets across outcomes, coordinating bonus play with other players, and creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and balances reviewed in accordance with these Terms.

6.4 Promotion Modification

358jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including after a Player has opted in, where 358jl has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused or where the promotion terms contain a material error. Reasonable notice will be provided where circumstances permit.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 358jl Platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail, except where the individual game rules specifically address the subject matter in question.

7.2 Random Number Generation

All 358jl casino games utilise independently certified and regularly audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine game outcomes. Game results are not predetermined or manipulated by 358jl. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed in the respective game information panels.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, 358jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to Players' accounts. 358jl is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error or software fault are not considered valid and may be reclaimed by 358jl.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of disconnection during a game round, the game will resume from its last confirmed state upon reconnection where the game architecture supports this. For games where resumption is not technically possible, bets placed prior to disconnection will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game's standard rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 358jl Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement:

• Registering an account using false, misleading, or third-party identity information
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any software designed to circumvent game logic or security measures
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any multiplayer game format
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of sports betting manipulation
• Using the 358jl Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity in violation of Philippine law
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
• Providing, selling, or transferring your 358jl account access to any third party
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of any 358jl software

9 Responsible Gaming

358jl is fully committed to responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and industry best practices. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from each player's account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the Player; increases subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications at player-defined intervals displaying elapsed play time and net session result
• Reality Check Prompts: Mandatory periodic notifications during active sessions
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access suspensions of 24 hours to 30 days, effective immediately upon request
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion for periods ranging from a defined term to permanent; once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the designated period expires

358jl reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on accounts where the Company identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to disproportionate loss chasing, rapid escalation of deposit frequency and amounts, and requests for repeated bonus activation. Such restrictions will be communicated to the affected Player.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 358jl Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and user interface elements (collectively, "358jl Content"), is the exclusive property of 358jl or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

358jl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display publicly, or create derivative works from any 358jl Content without prior written consent from 358jl.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 358jl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

358jl shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
• Any loss or corruption of data or information
• Losses arising from events beyond 358jl's reasonable control, including Force Majeure events, telecommunications failures, and government regulatory actions
• Losses resulting from a Player's reliance on information on the Platform that contains errors or omissions, provided that 358jl takes reasonable steps to maintain the accuracy of published information

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 358jl's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

12 Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your 358jl account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be resolved. Upon verified account closure, your remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus adjustments) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

12.2 Closure by 358jl

358jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player is found to have breached these Terms; (b) the Player is under 21 years of age; (c) the Player provides fraudulent documentation; (d) PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority directs account closure; or (e) continued operation of the account poses an AML, fraud, or regulatory compliance risk to 358jl. In cases of fraudulent conduct, 358jl reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in its entirety.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and 358jl regarding any game outcome, transaction, bonus, or other Platform feature, you must submit a written complaint to 358jl's support team via the live chat channel or by email to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated.

358jl will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a final resolution within fourteen (14) business days. For disputes that cannot be resolved through 358jl's internal process, escalation to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism is available as provided under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You and 358jl irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. 358jl operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR, and regulatory matters shall be subject to PAGCOR's applicable procedures.

15 Amendments to These Terms

358jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter Player rights or obligations — 358jl will provide notice via a notification displayed upon the next login to the Platform or via the registered email address. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 358jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
